As part of a group we wanted to know what drivers would lead to customer loyalty, NPS, and likelihood to purchase at retail stores. We went to the University Mall in Orem, Utah to gather data using surveys at 8 different stores. After gathering the data we analyzed it and found that the two most important drivers for loyalty, NPS, and likelihood to purchase are personalization and service performance.
